This is my hands-on review of the Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens. It's a fast prime designed for cropped sensors, and there are versions for Canon EF-M, Sony E, Micro Four Thirds, Nikon Z DX, Fujifilm X, and Leica L. I've been using it on the Sony E-mount version on a Sony a6700. Overall, it's a fast prime with impressive optics.

The Sigma 16mm f/1.4 does offer a nice compromise between the two Fuji 16mm models. Fuji's f/2.8 model is less expensive and fully weather-sealed. The 16mm f1.4 is made of TSC (Thermally Stable Composite), comes with a brass bayonet mount, and has a textured rubberized focus ring for easy grip. There's also rubber sealing on the mount for a dust, and splash resistant construction. Overall, this is a very solid feeling lens that impresses, and it matches the CL perfectly.
